Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

A majority of our orders are shipped UPS Ground with a shipping time of 4 to 7 business days from the time of order. We provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Return Policy:

We offer a return window of 30 days from receipt of goods.  Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused and resalable condition and in their original packaging. We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your goods and keep a copy of your returns receipt should we need to trace your order. Please reach out to us at support@ezlaundry.co to initiate a return. A return mailing label (not postage) will be issued to you and must be affixed to the outside of the package. Once we receive goods and inspect a refund will be issue within 14 business days.
